What was the highlight of Hotel Almina
Fine hotel, with good food, great swimming area for kids, good spa.
Nicely furbished hotel, with pretty good spa and swimming pool with small slide for kids. Friendly staff.
They charge for little things you expect to be included f.e. if you stay shorter than 5 days they charge you for bathrobe, they charge you for pitcher of tap water 3 EUR. Parking is almost always full and not thought through When you enter full garage, you can not turn around and have to back it up.

What was the highlight of Hotel Almina
Very Good
Breakfast was full of choices. The room was modern and warm, comfortable, good size for family. The swimming pool is warm and quite big with mini sliding area which is children just loved. The hotel located in village in mountain but we reached there by car and we travelled around. We recommend to visit Bolzano city (in just one hour from hotel by car) and Outlet Center Brenner (20 min by car)
The floor in room was not clean, our socks was just dirty in 10minutes. All staff were friendly and professional but on the second evening when we came for a dinner and while we tried to order orange juice for our son the waiter just send me to pick up it from the main buffet. Okay, i went, but i didnt find any. Then i catch one of different waiters and asked about orange juice and he explained that i have to order from my waiters . And by the way, he forgot to bring second course from our half board menu...he directly bring a dessert and then we kindle asked him to check in list of menu what we would like to eat.. it was disappointed, because the day before we had a wonderful waiter and service as well.

My wife and I loved our stay. They had a quiet room, good food, and good hospitality.
This is a very clean facility. Dinning facility was great. Staff was helpful and top notch.
Door to bathroom was a frosted barn door style. A solid door would have been better.
